CATERING POLICY

Guarantees on Number of Guests

At Manazeh Trading Enterprise, all food, beverage, and add-on item charges are based on the client’s final guaranteed guest count. Should the guaranteed number of guests fall below seventy-five percent of the proposal headcount, the price per person may be adjusted accordingly. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate any last-minute increases in the number of guests to ensure that your event runs smoothly.

Staffing

Our staff members are always presented in a professional and consistent manner. Unless otherwise requested, our team will be dressed in black t-shirts with black pants or skirts, black aprons, and white head wraps. Each proposal includes staffing for breakfast and lunch service, with any additional plates billed separately. Manazeh Trading Enterprise reserves the right to adjust staffing levels should the guaranteed headcount increase or decrease by more than ten percent from the proposal.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of fifty percent of the final invoice amount is required at the start of each month. In the case of cancellations, deposits will be refunded based on the following timeline: cancellations made more than thirty days before the event will receive a full refund; cancellations made between ten and twenty-nine days prior to the event will receive a fifty percent refund; and cancellations made less than ten days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
